Terms of Service
Effective: 13 August 2026
1. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and use only accounts and roles they are authorised to access. ISP Owners are responsible for staff they invite and for their organisation's use of the platform.
2. ISP trial and subscription
Where offered, new ISP accounts may activate a paid 7-day trial. Ongoing platform pricing may depend on active subscriber tiers. Current pricing and renewal information shown in the ISP dashboard at the relevant time controls the applicable platform charge. Payment to Hurstken for platform use is separate from payments an ISP collects from its own subscribers.
3. ISP customer payments
Independent ISPs may configure bank or payment-gateway information for their customers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, subscriber payments to a third-party ISP are transactions between that ISP and its customer. The ISP is responsible for its merchant account, refunds, pricing, taxes and customer-payment obligations.
4. Network operations
Router, hotspot and service-control features can affect live internet access. ISP Owners are responsible for reviewing configurations and using automation carefully. Hurstken may stage features as pending activation or require confirmation before network actions are considered complete.
5. Acceptable use
Users must not abuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other organisations, bypass billing/security controls, upload malicious content, or use the service unlawfully.
6. Availability and third parties
The platform depends on third-party infrastructure such as hosting, database, authentication, payment and network services. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the availability of third-party systems.
7. Data and privacy
Use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Each ISP remains responsible for lawful handling of its own subscriber/customer information and for notices required in its customer relationship.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted for security abuse, non-payment, material breach, legal requirements or platform protection. Platform subscription handling should not be interpreted as a guarantee that end-customer network service will be disconnected automatically.
9. Intellectual property
Hurstken Networks branding, platform interfaces, software and original content remain the property of Hurstken Resources Network Solutions or applicable licensors. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided subject to reasonable technical and operational limitations. Users remain responsible for business decisions, network configurations, merchant accounts and lawful use of the platform.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory rights or dispute rules that apply.
